Farm Management Canada is a proud of supporter of the Canadian Total Excellence in Agricultural Management (CTEAM) program delivered by Agri-Food Management Excellence (AME).
Covering a wide variety of business management topics from financial management, succession planning and human resource management to identifying and measuring key performance indicators and learning how to mitigate risk, CTEAM builds confidence in making everyday management decisions that greatly impact the overall viability of the farm.
The benefits of taking CTEAM are becoming more evident each year. In a 2014 survey of graduates of the program over its first 15 years, a minimum of 75% of graduates say they benefitted by:

The CTEAM class module dates and locations are:
Module 1: January 9-13, 2017 – Abbotsford, BC
Module 2: March 20-24, 2017 – Calgary, AB
Module 3: December 4-8, 2017 – Niagara Falls, ON
Module 4: March 5-9, 2018 – Montreal, QC / Ottawa, ON

In most provinces, CTEAM qualifies for Growing Forward II funding, as well as other federal government training support.
