Attendees will leave with clearer direction\, practical tools\, and concrete next steps to move their transition forward. \nThrough interactive sessions\, practical exercises\, and guided conversations\, attendees will: \n\nClarify the big picture of farm transition and identify where they are in the journey.\nLearn practical ways to improve conversations across generations\, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.\nExplore common roadblocks and discover strategies to overcome them.\nGain confidence in their understanding of the financial considerations of a farm transition\nUse a guided workbook to map out next steps and begin shaping a transition plan tailored to their farm.\nIdentify the right transition team to support their farm now and into the future.\n\nThe workshop focuses on collaboration\, connection\, and action. Participants will leave with a better understanding of their transition journey\, 1–3 tangible actions to pursue\, and valuable resources to keep the process moving. There will also be plenty of time for discussion\, sharing experiences\, and learning from other farm families. \nFarms of all sizes and commodities are welcome\, and farm families are encouraged to attend together.
