Participants will leave with a better understanding of their transition journey\, 1–3 tangible actions to pursue\, and valuable resources to keep the process moving. There will also be plenty of time for discussion\, sharing experiences\, and learning from other farm families. \nFarms of all sizes and commodities are welcome\, and farm families are encouraged to attend together. Whether you are just beginning to think about transition or are well into the process\, Bridging the Gap offers practical support\, peer learning\, and meaningful opportunities for farm families to plan together for the future. \nSmall breakfast items\, coffee and tea will be served\, and lunch is provided.
