LeaderShift InSightTM is a practical introduction to understanding productive and unproductive human behavior.
By introducing behavior maps, InSight helps participants identify the root causes of personal and workplace drama and behaviors that cost time, energy and results.
Participants learn practical tools to shift their behavior to build constructive relationships that produce better results over time.
InSight fits into busy farm life. It is delivered online over the course of a month through live weekly sessions with self-directed learning for up to 40 participants through the LeaderLab and app that includes videos and a digital workbook.
InSight Program details:
- 4 weeks of structured online learning (February 10 – March 7, 2025)
- Live weekly sessions:
Thursdays, 11 am – 1 pm EST
February 13, 20, 27, and March 6 - Support through coaching and a community committed to building personal capacity for action
- Unlimited access to the LeaderLab (a private online learning community)
Led by certified Executive Coach and fourth generation farmer, Kelly Dobson who combines adult learning research, with neuroscience and IT, enabling leader development at any age.
