Making Sense of AgriStability Margins:

Making Sense of AgriStability Margins – What They Are, How They Change and Why It Matters

Tuesday, March 31 @ 12 p.m. EDT

See time zone listing below for more details on webinar start time.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) invites you to join us for a free webinar focused on the AgriStability program. This presentation is designed for producers and others involved in agriculture who want a clearer, more practical understanding of the AgriStability program, and especially one of its most important building blocks: margins.

AgriStability can feel technical, and margins are often where questions begin: What are they? How are they calculated? How do changes in production, prices, expenses, inventories, or farm structure show up in your program results, and what does that mean for potential support? Understanding margins can help producers to use AgriStability more confidently as part of their overall risk management strategy.

Presented by Colleen Jolicoeur, an AgriStability expert with over 25 years of experience at AAFC, this session will walk through margins leaving participants better equipped to understand AgriStability coverage and to predict its outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to submit questions to AAFC officials in advance and during the live webinar.
